The drinks are okay but they could stand to clean the surfaces around the dispensers and the counters where the lids and straws are more often. The staff are typically friendly but not very helpful. My biggest complaint is about their loyalty program; they send me emails all the time telling me that I'm close to earning a reward, but never say what it takes to earn a reward. I finally asked last time I was in and was told that I can get a free cup at 70 points. I was taken aback, I have almost 700 points and never once was told by anyone at the store, or in the countless emails that they sent that I had enough points for a reward. I asked how I was supposed to know I had a reward if they never told me and their response was "It's in the app". I don't need an app for tea, this is a terrible way to run a "loyalty program". They didn't even ask me if I wanted to redeem a reward after I told them I had almost 700 points, just took my payment.

Just moved into the area and this place has some of the best sweet tea ever. Love the ability to try out flavors before committing and the staff is always friendly. 10/10 would tea again.

After Curbys closed (rip) we had to find a new tea spot. This is one of close and easy to get to. We LOVE the people that work there and we have become regulars. The tea is always fresh and really good. The only thing that we would like would be more flavors like Curbys had and more sugar free flavor options. Other than that, a great place to get good tea!

First time coming here, I was told the Tea is fantastic. Fantastic is the word, they have so many teas to choose from. There are mini cups there so you can try each tea flavor, my favorite is the cherry, wild berry and blueberry. When making my tea, I mixed five different flavors, wild berry, blueberry, watermelon, cherry and lemonade. If you are looking to have some sweet tea that tastes natural and not sugared tea, I would recommend coming here.

My son got a coupon for a free tea here, so we decided to check it out. We showed up around 9:30 on 4/20. We were warmly welcomed by the very nice staff. There were lots of options for merchandise, snacks, and of course, plenty of teas. My son got the Texas chai, and I got the sweet coconut. They were both delicious and refreshing. We also got some habanero jerky, which was packed full of flavor instead of just being spicy. If you’re thirsty for something unique, and you like tea, I highly recommend checking them out. We enjoyed our drinks and snacks, had a good time, and I think you will too.
